Using RC50 as an AUX Loop on a Mixer

Any of guys using the RC50 as an Aux loop on a mixer for additional looping capabilities?
I'm short a few inputs and am trying to do this, but can't seem to get the levels on the send/returns right.
Anybody have any recommendations?

I have a Mackie Onyx 1220.
