The schematics for the Blackface EDP+ are on the CD ROM with the manual. 
Magnus, I’ve sent them to you separately anyway.

Hi, 
I had a similar problem.  Turns out the internal components of the unit 
were
getting jarred loose from air travel.  Reseated everything and it was 
fine. 

As for schematics, looks like there is one here:
