If you press play after recording the first pass, track 2 will go into record ready. If you press the track select button you can re-select track 1 and continue overdubbing


I have a question on the electro-harmonix 2880.
In the manual it says that after recording your first new loop
the 2880 advances automatically to record onto track 2.

that means all overdubs will go to track 2.

can you setup the 2880 so that after you've recorded your first new loop on track 1
you STAY on track 1 and overdub the hell out of track 1 before moving onto track 2 and beyond?
