I think this has been known since the first sky scraper buildings  
started to generate infra noise on windy days. Especially employees  
working at the higher floors showed a sickness curve closely related  
to "windy whether".

"Evil" infra noise can also emanate from highways carrying heavy  
traffic of huge vehicles.
